JOB DESCRIPTION

SALES PRODUCTION

o Select the right candidate and induct them into the team

o Plan weekly, monthly and annual targets for the team

o Motivating and guiding the team to reach the set goals

o Training and coaching the team

o Reviewing performance and taking necessary action

o Analyze MIS reports and take necessary action

LEARNING EXPECTATIONS

o Thorough understanding of the product and process

o Adapting to new technology and practices

o Enhancing skills in Recruitment, Training and Reviewing performance

SKILLS, QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University

Knowledge & experience in Life Insurance Sales and Sales Management

Minimum of one year experience in Sales Management in UAE

UAE driving license with a Car

Good communication skills (both oral and written)

Good analytical and arithmetical skills

Ability to conduct marketing activities for lead generation

Positive attitude, Persistent and Competence to work under pressure.

BUSINESS OBJECTIVE (in a calendar year)

Recruit 10 Life Insurance Advisors, Train and maximize performance

80% advisor activation every month

Creating a performance driven culture within the team

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
