Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our dental clinic.
Responsibilities:
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims promptly.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and insurance details.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Assist patients with insurance-related questions and provide clear explanations of their benefits.
• Collaborate with the front desk and billing department to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate billing.
• Stay up-to-date with insurance policies, procedures, and any changes in regulations.
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance procedures and terminology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in Arabic with very good English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience:
Insurance (1 Year).
