We are looking for an experienced Insurance Coordinator to join the IIQAF. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for designing and implementing insurance policies, coordinating insurance claims, analyzing insurance data, and providing customer service support with regard to the insurance policies developed and implemented.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of all forms of insurance and risk management. They must be detail, results, and customer service-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement insurance policies for both new and existing customers
Coordinate insurance claims and analyze insurance data
Maintain accurate records of customer information
Provide customer service support with regard to insurance policies
Educate customers on the insurance policies and claims process
Manage outside stakeholders, including insurance companies and brokers
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an insurance coordinator
Comprehensive knowledge of insurance, as well as risk management strategies
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Excellent communication skills with strong customer service focus
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
