Our client is a leader in the regional insurance market, with a presence in the UAE, Oman, Egypt, and Syria.
They are seeking an Insurance Assistant with expertise in Motor Claims.
This is a temporary position for 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Only candidates holding their own visa will be considered for this role .
Responsibilities :
• Assisting with Motor Claims
• Being part of the Call Center Team in Servicing (Claim Intimation, Document Collection, Claim Registration, Inbound call handling)
• Ensuring accuracy in filing documents as per SOPs
• Providing administrative support related to motor claims
Qualifications :
• 2-3 years of post-degree UAE experience
• Motor Insurance Claims experience are an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Office Administrative & Customer Service background
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.00 AM - 5.00 PM
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
