This position requires a professional demeanor and outstanding communication skills.Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, and other related matters

Work with underwriters to review and assess customer needs

Provide quotes for potential policies

Negotiate with underwriters and carriers to find the best rates and coverage

Effectively explain coverage details to customers

Track customer records and document details

Maintain a thorough understanding of IIQAF's products and services

Research and evaluate new products

Upsell additional services when appropriate

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

At least two years of experience in the insurance industry

Previous experience with customer service a plus

Detail-oriented and organized

Outstanding communication and customer service skills

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

Self-starter with the ability to work independently
