Job description Fine Industries LLC is a leading Toll Manufacturer of Construction Chemicals based in Ras Al Khaimah. We are looking for a young, dynamic Instrumentation Engineer / Technician for our new Automated Dry Mix Mortar plant. Job Responsibilities include:

• Work with Production to ensure plant performs efficiently to complete production volumes.
• Assist Production in the daily operations of the PLC system.
• Conduct tasks related with maintenance and operations team.
• Work with maintenance team to develop and execute preventative maintenance programs.
• Conduct instrumentation evaluation and troubleshooting for electrical, pneumatic, electronic as well as programmable logic control (PLC) systems.
• Ensure to commission instrumentation effective following with repair and replacement.
• Conduct test related to functional performance on instrumentation as needed by facility changes.
• Involve in evaluation of instrument performance to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure conformance with environmental and safety requirements related to executing required instrument maintenance or replacement activities.
• Comply with every approved operation and maintenance procedures.
• Perform with maintenance planners as schedule work load.
• Comply with all instructions for job tasks completion.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Candidate must be :

ITI graduate Dipl. in Mechanical Instrumentation Engineering ( INDIA )
or
B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering ( INDIA )

• Superior communication skills: Should be perfect in English (written & spoken) and Hindi (spoken).
• 2-4 years experience in plant operations. Training and Induction will be provided to the candidate.
• Should be a team player.
• Should have the ability to deal with stressful situations and always have a strong positive attitude. No one ever won a war by panicking.
• Proficient with computers and other standard Microsoft office Applications.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Starting AED2000
• Operational / SOP Training will be provided by Plant Design Team.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
