Profile Middle East is a service provider with more than 20 years of experience in the market which specializes in Technical Field and HR Consultancy Services in the Industrial Sector (Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning) with our focus on the Middle East region and a worldwide presence.For our own projects, we are looking for: INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL DESIGNERRef code: CR_2406-100_ Instrumentation & Control DesignerJob summaryMISSION:Responsible for design, specification and services related to control systems including basic process control systems, safety systems, control panels, analyzer systems, telecommunications, field instrumentation.TASKS:
- Develop detailed instrumentation and control system designs, creating and updating 3D models and 2D drawings.
- Participate in design reviews and project meetings to provide input and updates on instrumentation and control designs.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, and wiring schematics.
- Generate accurate and detailed reports on design progress and changes.
- Conduct quality checks on design work to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Implement best practices for design and drafting to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Bachelors degree in Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Instrumentation and Control design for Offshore Oil & Gas projects.
- Proven experience using 3D design software (SP3D & PDS) and 2D software (MicroStation & Autocad).
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco or Qatargas standards.
- Fluent level of written and spoken English.
- Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE;
- Contract Duration: 6 months (extendible);
- Starting Date: July 2024.
