POSITION
Instrument QC Engineer / Inspector
Bachelor of Technology in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering
10 years of relevant Oil & Gas Process industry experience with an International Worked in major EPIC contractor in the field of Electrical & Instrumentation Control, Quality Engineer/Quality Inspector
Inspection of loop check, commissioning Activities,
Inspection and surveillance on field project construction works (Instrumentation, PA, security, Access Control system etc.). Ensuring Quality Procedures and IFC drawings are being followed and implemented.
Inspection of HV, MV & LV Switchgear, Control gear, Transformer, Lighting System, CP System, Cable installation, Grounding.
Experienced in Lighting System, Cable installation, Conduit installation, Cable Tray/Ladder rack, Grounding, general terminations for electrical & instruments.
Co-ordination for Client Inspection and acceptance.
Handle Walk-down, Punch-listing, clearing and Closure.
Good knowledge of PLC/DCS based systems, security system (CCTV & ACS), Public Address (PA) system, Fire Alarm System, BMS, and there related codes & standards
Knowledge of international standards such as NEMA, IEC, NFPA, BS, SHELL DEP,GASCO DGS, STANDARD etc
