: Instrument Fitter for one of our client in Oil & Gas industry
& : *Involve In day to day routine such a PM, corrective maintenance and modifications to meet technical specifications, safety standards. * LT panel assembling. * Quality inspection of panels and different process instruments Cable laying, glanding ferruling, termination and loop checking of signal and control cables in field junction boxes and DCS system. * Satellite Tuning, responsive checking of sensors. Pressure, Level, Temperature and Flow transmitter calibration * Control valve tests (Hydro tests, Seat Leakage, Body Mount Leakage). * LT panel assembling. Checking of insulation (IR) valves and temperature measuring instruments (Thermocouples, RTDs, temperature gauges and switches etc.). * Maintenance and repair of process instrumentation and control equipment. * Maintenance of calibration certificates. * Keeping and evaluating the maintenance records to execute preventative maintenance schedule. * Cable Duct, Cable Tray, Impulsive, S.S.Tubing, Copper tubing, Conduct, Installation of Panels, all type of transmitters, Control Valves & Pressure gauge and all type of Instrumentation work, construction, commissioning and maintenance. * Shutdown maintenance of field instruments.
* Diploma or equivalent in relevant field (Instrument, Electrical, Mechanical or Telecommunication). * 8 years of experience in industrial environment Hydrocarbon or continues process industry * Skilled in use of industrial tools, equipment and know of their safety requirements * Experience in the oil and gas industry preferably in GCC
