### Position Overview:


We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in education or a related field, with a passion for designing engaging learning experiences that empower users to effectively utilize our software.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, user guides, training manuals, and workshops.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), Learning & Development Manager, developers, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Apply instructional design principles and methodologies to create content that is learner-centric, interactive, and effective.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in instructional design and apply them to enhance training delivery.

### Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Visual Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role, preferably within the software industry.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models such as Theory of Multimedia Learning and Cognitive Load Theory.
• Proven proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia editing software such as Adobe products.
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Leonardo, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency and experience in running and managing Learning Management Systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
