Job SummaryThe role is responsible for conducting product training to all store employees & maximize sales opportunities by providing exceptional guest experience.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Setting up the seasonal training calendar in alignment with the brand direction.\xc2\xb7 Enhance the skills set of staff working across the region.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring consistent and relevant product knowledge across the region.\xc2\xb7 Orientation (Induction) and introduction of product knowledge to new employees.\xc2\xb7 Sharing knowledge and promoting Learning and Development initiatives.\xc2\xb7 Champion brand related initiatives to drive employee & consumer engagement e.g. Running/yoga club.Core Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Design, develop and update training material, training aids and assessment tests based on the identified trainingneeds and source training material.\xc2\xb7 Conduct training sessions in line with the training needs for the product specialists identified for his category.\xc2\xb7 Perform post training evaluation for training sessions and follow up on knowledge transfer to the workplace.\xc2\xb7 Identify areas for improvement as per the feedback from trainees and implement changes accordingly.\xc2\xb7 Monitor and Communicate attendance status, evaluation results and training feedback to line manager.\xc2\xb7 Advises customers on product ranges best suited to their needs; Answers customers\' queries to help them decide on the purchase.\xc2\xb7 Provides information to customers on warranties, features, specifications, maintenance, and care of products.\xc2\xb7 Ensures customers\' needs are met, complaints are resolved (or escalated) and customer service provided is of exceptional standard.\xc2\xb7 Maintains awareness of new product launches, promotional events, and sales.\xc2\xb7 Achieves sales targets by using sales techniques, up selling and cross selling.People Management:\xc2\xb7 Liaising with Stores regarding training initiatives and support
