Job Overview:
We are seeking a experienced and results-driven Institutional Sales Representative with a strong background in CFD (Contract for Difference) and Forex (Foreign Exchange) trading. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in institutional sales within the financial services industry and a deep understanding of CFD and Forex trading products.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the institutional segment, including hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and other financial institutions.
Identify and cultivate new institutional clients through targeted prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
Manage and grow relationships with existing institutional clients to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, trading desks, and research analysts, to tailor solutions and services to meet the specific needs of institutional clients.
Provide comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our trading platform and services.
Conduct regular market analysis and research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management to track performance against targets and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
Proven track record of success in institutional sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on CFD and Forex trading.
In-depth understanding of institutional sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Strong knowledge of CFD and Forex trading products, market dynamics, and risk management strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, analyze trends, and identify actionable insights.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
