Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Institutional Sales Executive to join our Multi-Asset Liquidity Solutions team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in institutional sales within the financial services industry, specifically in CFD and Forex trading, and a proven ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the institutional segment.
• Provide regular analysis and insights into market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with new institutional clients through targeted networking and outreach.
• Build and manage a robust portfolio of institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and financial institutions.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns for client acquisition and retention.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Deliver comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of our trading platform and services.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
Regulatory Compliance and Collaboration:
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure all activities comply with industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, trading desks, research analysts, and compliance, to tailor solutions to client needs.
Leadership and Team Management:
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior team members, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in institutional sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on CFD and Forex trading.
• Strong understanding of institutional sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excellent knowledge of CFD and Forex trading products, market dynamics, and risk management strategies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, analyze trends, and identify actionable insights.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must; proficiency in Hindi is an advantage.
