Technical skills

Receiving materials at site & storing it securely

Knowledge of tools, equipment utilization and handling.

As per instruction given by site in charge, installation works to be executed by taking leadership.

Understanding layout drawing

Carry out installation/ T&C work with minimum guidance as per the standard prescribed by manufacture with minimum guidance within the base hours allocated for the job

Understand & implement QC & ISO checklist

Closure of maintenance & QC snags

Tools maintenance & house keeping at site

Give Suggestion on safety/quality/efficiency improvement

Inform to supervisors about any site issue which will hinder the day work plan

Having knowledge of various materials and their location and ensure to safeguard our materials at site.

Extend the required support to the trainees / new joiners for inducting our procedures.

Perform the installation of elevators using the WOS methods as per safe system of works.

Safety skills

Understand the safety & quality policy

Understand & implement OSHAS procedure - CH/FT/PTW

Proper usage of PPE

Report near miss/incident/ first aid case

Identification & elimination of hazards if required communicated to superior for further rectification

Follow critical work procedure

Understanding RA/ AIA

General discipline & maintenance of good attendance rate.

Ensure that his subordinates carry out work safely/ precisely without snag

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
