• To ensure effective use of resources and minimize costs throughout the department where possible
• To implement high levels of Customer Service such as timely installation and response time with quality service
• Complete any remedial work as required by company support office
• Takes leadership role in resolving pre-install or post-install issues, customer and sales ops
• Liaise with the Showroom Manager and sales people to carry out Project installs to create technical support information
• Provide technical recommendations and guidance to the sales team on projects with regards to installation specific requirement such as technical feasibility and insource vs. outsource labor options
• Support technical requirements for special installations and special connections
• To ensure installation businesses are compliant with all appropriate Health and Safety, legislative and business requirements.
• Monitors existing installers for quality and consistency
