We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join an FMCG organization in Kuwait as an Installation Manager. This role involves overseeing the execution of installation tasks and managing project lifecycles from initiation to validation, ensuring alignment with scope, time, and cost parameters. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strong leadership, and a focus on quality assurance to drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities: Oversee the installation and construction of equipment for approved projects, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and align with approved plans. Plan, update, and report on resource allocation for mechanical teams, including supervisors, foremen, and technicians. Manage procurement of equipment and monitor project progress to address issues promptly. Conduct inspections and ensure quality assurance for installations, sites, and equipment. Develop detailed shop drawings and provide technical support to project teams. Supervise, manage, and support the mechanical team, promoting skill development and ensuring task efficiency. Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards while executing duties. Support external projects and execute additional directives as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field is required, with PMP certification a must. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and MS Project. Proven experience of around 7+ years in installation and project management, with a track record of delivering projects within scope, time, and cost constraints. Fluency in English is required. Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
