Job Description

We need an installation engineer with strong mechanical/assembly background to install & commission our devices globally. A western passport is a must for this role due to regular travel requirements.

• Support relationship with customer installation group as required.
• Identify awaiting matters to attain clarification for unclear information.
• Ensure highlight contractual matters needing particular involving and follow-up exceptional risks.
• Ensure project documentations are duly filed.
• Issue Project Report ahead of project completion.
• Support Project Manager as required when handles assigned major project.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure customer readiness and a smooth service implementation experience
• Participate in planning meetings with customers/vendors
• Ensure that all client questions and concerns are addressed and responded to in a professional, timely manner
• Occasional travel, including international destinations, required
• Willing to work in a team environment to support the in-house design and testing of automated material handling systems
• Assist with the development of departmental standards and implement cost saving initiatives
• Contribute towards creation and active role in validation of installation and service documentation along with education and training deliverables of the product
• Establish or coordinate the maintenance or safety procedures, service schedule, or supply of materials required to maintain machines or equipment in the prescribed condition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 per month
