Main Accountabilities:
Quality Assurance
-Cooperates and works with production sections on day-to-day basis
-Evaluates each case thoroughly to assure correct product per JD & E- Proof specification
- Performs quality control inspections of products manufactured during the different production process cycle according to the company's quality standard
- Communicates with colleagues and managers in a prompt articulate manner
- Relies on extensive technical knowledge to make decisions and accomplish departmental goals
- Seeks advice and input from the department manager when needed
- Complies with ISO/ CQM procedures and standards
- Inspects production at several stages and at set intervals within each stage of production (Printing, Collation, Lamination, Punching, Hot stamping etc.).
- Issues approval on startup of job and ensures that the result remains standard throughout production
- Approves/rejects jobs during testing and escalated issues accordingly to the department manager and production teams.
- If any deviation or non- conformity, provide deviation from to the process owner who raised it. If by registering in the deviation login and make sure it is approved by management.

Incoming Material Quality Control & New materials testing
- Conducting inspections on raw materials received from suppliers by GRN to ensure that they are in conformance with requested goods
- Issues acceptance / rejection (SNCR) vouchers for raw materials received
- Seeks advice and input from the department manager when needed
- Conducts inspection on calibration and related records
- Conduct all kind of tests as per ISO/CQM requirements and summarize test results a Quality Certificate (E- Copy) form along with ECR- ECN form.
- Tests the Samples based on ISO/CQM/FC internal standard requirement by doing trials on machine. If all test results are found to be OK material can be declared as approved for mass production. If not supplier failure report should be initiated.
- Monitor and control all NCR including SNCR, CNCR and INCR in the master file
- Maintaining CQM lab testing and equipment

Educational Requirements: Any Bachelor Degree or Diploma

Knowledge, Technical Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in QA and preferably in the card industry
- Must be familiar with specifications of financial, telecom and commercial cards.
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Highly focused and possesses ability to set goals and objectives
- Has a good time management skill.
