: As a Lifting Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of lifting equipment, such as cranes, hoists, and other load-bearing devices, in industrial and commercial settings

Key Responsibilities: . Conduct thorough inspections of all lifting equipment, including cranes, hoists, slings, and rigging, to ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations. . Perform load testing and certification of lifting equipment to verify their safe working capacity. . Identify and diagnose any issues or defects with the lifting equipment and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements. . Maintain detailed records of all inspections, tests, and maintenance activities, and prepare comprehensive reports for management and regulatory authorities. . Provide training and guidance to equipment operators and other personnel on the safe use and handling of lifting equipment. . Monitor and supervise lifting operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices. . Stay up to date with changes in relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to lifting equipment.

Qualifications: . Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lifting Inspector or in a related role within the industrial or commercial sector. . With min. 3 LEEA certifications. . Thorough understanding of the operation, maintenance, and safety requirements of various types of lifting equipment, including cranes, hoists, slings, and rigging. . Strong knowledge of relevant safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices, such as OSHA, ASME, and ANSI standards. . Proficient in the use of specialized inspection and testing equipment, as well as data recording and reporting. . Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address equipment issues. . Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide training and liaise with equipment operators, maintenance teams, and management. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of lifting equipment. . Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed. . Ensure construction projects adhere to safety protocols and address any hazardous conditions in a timely manner.
