Follow up the necessary plans to ensure that concerned authorities, establishments, environmental service providers, and waste producers implement the regulations, requirements, and standards related to waste management.
Issue and follow up on administrative violations and fines and take penal measures for violators and non-compliance with the legislative and regulatory frameworks, according to the applicable regulatory frameworks.
Offer reconciliation regarding administrative violations to environmental services practitioners, all waste activities, and waste producers from different sectors.
Implement monitoring campaigns to ensure that environmental service providers, all waste activities, and waste producers from various sectors adhere to legislative frameworks.
