Inspection Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Schedule & Coordinate daily wise operations & inspections as per the requirement.
• Assign engineers/inspectors as per the schedule and ensure timely completion.
• Act as primary contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Manage the engineers/ inspector schedules, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure and compliance to safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Ensure Quality Assurance for inspections meet industry standards and client specifications/satisfaction.
• Review the inspection/technical report submitted by the engineers/inspector and submit accurate reports, maintain records.
• Addressing the client issues/concerns promptly and professionally with in the time frame.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality as a part of continual improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering/other discipline
• Experience: 2-3 years in coordination or project execution.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office.
