Title: Insolvency Practitioner

Location: Dubai, UAE

The Insolvency Practitioner will oversee and manage insolvency cases, including administration, liquidation, and restructuring processes. The role requires excellent financial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills to guide clients through insolvency procedures and deliver practical solutions.

Requirements:

• Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (accredited by a recognized professional body, e.g., JIEB certification or equivalent).
• Proven experience in managing corporate insolvency cases(at least 5 yrs experience)
• Strong understanding of insolvency laws and procedures.
• Background in accounting, finance, or law (ACCA, ACA, or similar qualification is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships with professionalism and empathy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
• Apply forensic accounting techniques
• Utilize business intelligence tools and techniques to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage insolvency processes, including company administration, liquidation, voluntary arrangements, and bankruptcy.
• Oversee the sale and distribution of assets to maximize creditor returns.
• Provide expert advice on debt restructuring and business turnaround strategies.
• Liaise with creditors, debtors, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure transparent and efficient case management.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including Statements of Affairs and progress updates.
• Conduct forensic investigations into company finances to identify causes of insolvency or irregularities.
• Ensure all insolvency processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the firm and clients in court proceedings, creditor meetings, and negotiations.
• Manage a team of case handlers, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight.
• Continuously develop knowledge of insolvency laws, best practices, and industry trends
