Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including events, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the best solution for their business.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our network monitoring, managed services, cloud solutions & services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Collaborate with technical experts to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, IT, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in the network, security & cloud solutions & services industry.
• Ability to work in hybrid mode
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong market research and data mining skills.
• Strong persuasive writing skills and direct response email and calling skills
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
