Position:Inside Sales Team Leader
: Currently, we are looking for an Inside Sales Team Leader who will contribute to the growth of the business by managing a team, preparing quotations and offering solutions to existing Arrow customers, working alongside the Account Director & Vendor Teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage a team of Inside Sales associates - set priorities, coordinate work activities, train team members, and provide input to employee performance evaluations
Monitor and supervise the assigned team to achieve goals and contribute to company's growth
Build and maintain strong and effective business relationships with stakeholders and customers
Get constantly up-to-date by attending dedicated IT trainings and self-learning
Motivate and inspire the team to perform to the best of its abilities
Develop your team members by providing individual coaching and organizing progressive trainings
Keep your process and product knowledge up to date by dedicating part of your working time to actively performing the same duties as your team members
Lead team meetings, manage workload, build stakeholder relationships
REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in business communication in English, both written and oral
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively towards a common goal
Providing guidance and instruction, as well as training and developing others
Providing support within the business across all vendor teams as required
Working in line with policies, procedures and guidelines
Self-motivation and hard work
Decision-making skills
University degree
