Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and strategic Inside Sales Representative to focus on bulk buyers of Quick Heal products. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying high-volume purchasing opportunities and establishing strong relationships with organizations looking to enhance their cybersecurity portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with potential bulk buyers, including enterprises, distributors, system integrators and government agencies.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their cybersecurity needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to bulk purchasing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads specifically for high-volume sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Quick Heal solutions for their needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets focused on bulk orders.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to effectively position Quick Heal offerings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of inside sales experience, with a focus on bulk sales or technology products preferred. Candidates without such Experience will be auto-rejected.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
