Job Title - Inside Sales Executive

Contract - 6 months Renewable

Gender - Female

Salary - AED 4500/-

Location - Dubai.

:

• Working in collaboration with our peers, marketing, account managers and leaders
• Understand customer pain points, gather business requirements and arrange meeting with our sales team
• Understand existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing and update their knowledge about new services by demonstrating that they can learn and be curious.
• Achieve monthly qualification goals and share them verbally and in written format.
• Update and maintain customer information within the organisation ,to include detailed call notes that illustrate a firm understanding of the opportunity with clearly-defined next steps.
• Conduct research to stay informed, learn about existing markets and grow knowledge about new ones

Requirement:

• The successful candidate should have min 2 years experience in inside sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Solid understanding of sales techniques and processes, with the ability to adapt to different sales situations.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
