Job Description
We\'re looking for a Inside Sales Representative for our client in aviation industry.The role will play a crucial role in supporting both the Inside Sales Support Team & Regional Sales Managers to help increase sales and revenue. This position involves handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding sales orders, invoices, shipping data and paperwork inquiries as quickly and efficiently,
- Assist Regional Sales Managers with receiving, researching and answering customer complaints, coordinating with Sales, Product Lines, Warehouse, and Accounting Department,
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services,
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends,
- Overseeing online queries to ensure they are responded to accordingly,
- Review and manage Distribution repair activities for the EMEA region,
- Actively promote Distribution new product offerings.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field,
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the aviation industry,
- Experience in managing customer accounts and resolving complaints,
- High level of attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers,
- Strong command of English, proficiency in Turkish or Arabic is a plus.
