We are hiring the Inside Sales Representative - Inbound role with focus on the qualification of inbound leads, converting them into opportunities and sales, for new and existing customers. You will also need to make outbound calls; opportunity progression, closing orders, and proactively to your sales plan customers (account portfolio).

What youll do:
Close transactional sales from incoming/Outbound calls and convert incoming calls generated by marketing campaigns into sales
Make outbound calls; opportunity progression, closing orders, and proactively to your sales plan customers (account portfolio),
Make sure our non rental costs are appropriately priced (Fuel, Freight & Rehire)
Determine opportunity % of incoming opportunities.
Resolve customer requests independently 80% of the time, passing leads to other representatives as required (when you are not responsible for those customer relationships)
Create and maintain relationships with Inside and Field Sales representatives
Make outbound customer calls for; opportunity management, targeting your sales plan customers, proactive sales activity
Youll have the following skills and experience:
Sales process proficiency or prior formal training in a sales process
English required as a first , a regional second language is preferred.
Proven Customer Service Skills
Sector and Applications knowledge preferred
Good technical aptitude
PC literacy in a Microsoft environment
