Answering phones for direct line and customer support. Price and delivery information, checking status, tracking number, product support for general questions, forward questions that are more technical. New customers with no account need to be channelled to outside sales representatives.
Respond to mails from customers, internal, outside sales representatives regarding general questions.
Run back log report to check current delivery status. Follow up on late P.O., delivery, credit holds, checking future dates, reallocating prioritizing delivery. Follow up with customers accordingly.
Support selling activities as needed.
Review and generate sales quotations as required and manage existing and regular customers.
Work closely with complete sales department to assure full customer satisfaction.
Process customer returns. Process credits and debits.
Coordinating with other departments to resolve questions and concerns.
