Schedule: Full-time The Sector Inside Sales Leader (SISL) is typically filled by an Inside Sales Manager II, Senior Inside Sales Manager, or Director. The SISL is the Inside Sales partner/counterpart to the Sector Sales Leader (SSL), who together are tasked with using their understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in a sector to shape the short, medium, and long-term sales strategy for the territory. The market sectors that can be covered are Chemicals & Fuels, MMM, Conventional Energy, Low Carbon Energy, Field Services, and/or Advisian. The SISL will be responsible for supporting the SSL in advancing the territory sector strategy; leading a team of inside sales resources and ensuring that the inside sales resources are utilizing market insight and voice of the customer to craft compelling value propositions as they are assigned to the appropriate opportunities (Middle and End Game); as well as, driving rigor of Tier 1 & 2 opportunities that are strategic to the sector success in the territory. The SISL should be knowledgeable of the account development framework and those strategic accounts that are designated within their respective sector. They will also collaborate, as required, with the designated Growth Sector Leader, and counterpart SISLs from other territories. The expectation will be that the SISL will spend their time supporting sector strategy, commercial strategy, managing resources, and developing accounts with their sales partners. The ideal candidate will possess the following background and/or expertise; A strong background in Sales At least a BSc within a relevant discipline A minimum of 15 years of experience Prior exposure within Inside Sales Previously operated in managerial capacity
