Position Overview:
Arctiq is looking for a dedicated and results driven
Inside & Outside Sales Representative
to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to support and strengthen relationships with an industry-leading customer, ensuring exceptional service, responsiveness, and tailored solutions. Beyond maintaining a world-class customer experience, this role also involves hunting for new business, driving sales growth, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional with a passion for customer service, sales, and relationship management.
Candidates must be based in Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) and will be required to be on-site at the customer's office at least one day per week in RAK.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Account Management
(Top Priority)
Serve as the primary point of contact for a world-class customer, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and urgency.
Provide proactive support, problem-solving, and solutions tailored to the customer's needs.
Be on-site at the customer's office at least one day per week to maintain a strong partnership and provide hands-on support.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, pricing, and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
Sales & Business Development
(Secondary Priority)
Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
Hunt for new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and in-person meetings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and potential clients.
Conduct outside sales visits and engage in client entertainment activities to build rapport and drive growth.
Quoting & Negotiation
Prepare competitive and accurate quotes tailored to customer needs.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver the best possible solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, account management, and inside/outside sales, preferably in the VAR space.
Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage time effectively and balance customer support with new business development.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel locally, entertain clients, and be at the customer's office weekly.
