Overview:We are looking for a talented Innoveo Low-Code Insurance Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging the Innoveo Skye low-code platform to design, develop, and implement innovative insurance solutions. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable applications using low-code development methodologies.Responsibilities:

• Utilize the Innoveo Skye low-code platform to design, develop, and customize insurance applications and solutions according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and understand functional and technical requirements.
• Configure and extend the capabilities of the Innoveo Skye platform to meet specific business needs, including workflow automation, data modeling, and integration with external systems.
• Develop and maintain application components, including user interfaces, business logic, and data models, using low-code development tools and technologies.
• Implement best practices for software development, including version control, testing, and documentation.
• Perform unit testing and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure smooth operation of deployed applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, testers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to low-code development and insurance domain, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance platform capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing applications using low-code platforms, with specific experience in the Innoveo Skye platform preferred.
• Solid understanding of insurance domain concepts and processes, including policy administration, claims management, and underwriting.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or C#, and experience with web development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, as well as experience with data modeling and database design.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications in low-code development and/or insurance technology (e.g., Innoveo Skye Developer, ACORD Certified Expert) are a plus.
