We are Connexus International, a UK-based Overseas placement agent working on behalf of our clients who manufacture high-quality plastic products for domestic and global distribution.

ALL VISAS WILL BE ORGANISED BY THE COMPANY AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF TRAVEL ON YOUR BEHALF TO NORTHERN IRELAND.

CANDIDATES MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF A UKVI IELTS EXAM OR PREPARED TO TAKE THE EXAM AS THIS IS A REQUIREMENT FOR A UK VISA.

Overview:

Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be required to have a 'hands-on' approach to machine setting, and process optimisation and address quality-related issues on a day-to-day basis. Duties will include new process introductions, process improvements for cost reduction or capacity expansion and production fault analysis. This position will be on a shift basis.

The successful candidate will have:-

• At least 4 years experience in Injection Moulding with a hands-on machine setting role.
• Experience in structured process improvement and problem-solving techniques within an injection moulding environment;
• Direct experience with a "real-time" machine monitoring system
• Ability to complete autonomous maintenance on IMM's
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work shifts

and ideally have:-

• A 3rd-level qualification in a polymer science / mechanical engineering or some other related discipline;
• Experience of working with PVC & Polypropylene polymers
• A good working knowledge of Windows-based software.

Pay: AED15,000.00 per month
