Job Description

We are looking for injection moulding machine operator, The ideal candidate should have below experience.

1) 2 to 3 years of experience in Injection Moulding Machine operating.

2) To handle the Haitian Injection Moulding machine or with similar controls independently.

3) To load and unmount the mould using gantry crane.

4) Product quality confirmation to match with bench mark or with defined description.

5) Capacity to monitor and troubleshoot the processing problems, perform preventive managing tasks to overcome the problems and pass the details to document it.

6) Knowledge to adjust the machine as per the changeover, other functions or trial and various needs in producton required.

7) Verify adequate material and supplies required for the production.

8) Examines mold and machine everytime before startng and after ending the process or leaving the station for a long time to avoid unexpected accidents and problems.

9) To make the log and maintain the production report.

10) Good communication and team work to achieve good production and meet on time.

11) Ensure to maintain the cleanliness and perfection in work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,350.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
