Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals. - Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to our luxury brand image. - Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. - Manage and grow our social media communities by engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages. - Collaborate with the PR and communications team to ensure cohesive brand messaging. - Stay updated with the latest social media trends and emerging platforms. - Coordinate with mall marketing teams on promotions and campaigns. - Handle website management using WordPress. - Execute print marketing campaigns to support social media efforts.
