Services Specialist is required to perform services and maintenance activities of customer units at our inhouse service facility. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, calibration and refurbish sold or existing Visual products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage service facilities and to maintain service and Inventory records.
As a Service Specialist, you shall be responsible for:

• Independently handling the In-House repairs activities of Remote Visual inspection products.
• Ability to conduct Remote visual Product demonstration and technical discussion when it required.
• Ensure workplace safety and adhere to Company Quality & HSE policies.
• Communicating with customers, factory engineering/Tech support team to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Works together with people from the business unit.
• Monitoring inventory and re-ordering materials when needed.
• Manage diagnostics, quotations preparation, Customer Order and payment follow up.
• Follows designated turnaround time for maintenance and calibration work.
• Maintains records related to repair service activities and Calibration/maintenance records of the tools used at service center.

To be successful you will:

• Have experience for a minimum of 3 years in Remote visual inspection Products and its applications.
• Hands on experience on repair and calibration activities for Borescope equipments.
• Good Communication skills and knowledge of writing Business emails
• Good in understanding & Handling customer service-related issues
• Adapting to company process and a Team player
• Knowledge of HSE and 6S
