We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Real Estate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent within the real estate industry. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
- Source candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview questions and provide guidance to interviewers on candidate evaluation.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals, real estate agents, and potential candidates.
- Attend real estate networking events and career fairs to promote the organization and attract talent.
Job Marketing:
- Create engaging job descriptions and post openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Promote the organization's values and culture to attract potential candidates.
Candidate Management:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by being responsive and supportive.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor recruitment practices.
- Use market insights to enhance recruitment strategies and practices.
Data Tracking and Reporting:
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Prepare reports on recruitment performance and suggest areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in the real estate sector, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate roles and industry terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Proficient in using recruitment software, ATS, and social media for talent acquisition.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
