In the project phase Perform advanced analysis of project impact on load/capacity. Analyze the impact of start-up modifications and Baseline changes on the process. Define with the industrialization, quality and EHS team the new manufacturing processes. Elaborate and validate the specifications of means and tools. Ensure the launch of orders. Ensure compliance with the project budget. Ensure a good EMFU score. Monitor orders, receipt and validation of resources and tools. Manage the creation and updating of FMEAs. Ensure the availability of production documents: Crimping range, Tooling and Handling operating procedures. Ensure optimal management of human and material resources in the board manufacturing workshop. Ensure the availability of Process consumables.
In the serial phase Systematic review of load/capacity and impact on means, tooling, surface. Ensure the execution of the maintenance schedule of the boards. Ensure the execution of 3D printing work, from design to realization, test and validation. Ensure the support of the tooling production, means and flows, and propose process solutions to improve the performance. Drive continuous improvement projects. Ensure a technological watch on new manufacturing processes and best practices. Lead process audits to ensure compliance with the means and tools in the production areas.
Educational Requirements Engineer or master degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or similar.
Experience Professional experience of at least 1 year within automotive/ Railway industries
Competencies & Skills Mastery of 3D design tools: CATIA Knowledge in 3D printing is desirable Good communicator with good interpersonal skills Good level in French & English
