Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, OKTA, Office 365, and other cloud solutions.
- Providing Level III support for email and messaging systems.
- Administering Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Connect, ADFS, DHCP, and internal DNS services.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with security, governance, and business continuity requirements.
- Installing and configuring operating systems, software, and documenting support procedures.
- Troubleshooting system issues and conducting root-cause analysis.
- Providing on-call support and assisting with vendor coordination.
