• Understand the relation between Business needs and the capabilities of the IT Department to deliver.
• Develop Information Management principles, information models and provide leadership in information management.
• Collaborate with all department to ensure information and data is correct and accessible with the business systems.
• Work with each Business Unit to understand their business needs.
• Help the business units to document the operational processes and implement process Improvements to support the data lifecycle.
• Implement Business Intelligence and Analytics incl. procurement of a 3rd party vendor if necessary.

• At least 7 years relevant work experience in data / information management.
• Experience in a Transportation industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in information / data architecture with strong knowledge of data quality and governance.
• Experience of setting up a BI and Analytics strategy.
• Good knowledge of information modelling and landscaping.
• Overall knowledge of a PM methodology (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
