POSITION\'S SUMMARY:Design, build, and optimize websites and other online applications (College website),Communicating with clients to determine website specifications, creating schedules, writing code, working with a team of designers and content writers, as well as assisting with recruitment and marketing, Understanding user experience, and being able to build websites that are easy to understand, navigate, and use, and adhere to design standards and specifications.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design, build, and optimize websites and other online applications (College website).

• Interpreting client specifications and identifying website user requirements.
• Creating timeframes and work schedules to meet deadlines.
• Communicating effectively with clients and teams.
• Building a network of freelance designers and content writers.
• Updating records and writing reports.
• Debugging websites and ensuring software documentation is updated.
• Liaising with mobile developers.
• Establishing strong professional relationships with clients and other professionals.
• Conducting research and keeping abreast of social media marketing trends.
• Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
• Testing and improving the design of the website.
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
• Working with different content management systems.
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.

Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * Fluent in Arabic and English

• Practical experience with content management systems.
• Experience with wireframe and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent customer service and research abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Superb interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL, ASP.NET and API\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
• Deep functional knowledge or hands-on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc\xe2\x80\xa6).
• Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.
• Ability to use initiative and work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines.
• Thinking out of the box skills.
• A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a team.
• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
