Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves providing high-quality technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to our organization. As a native Arabic speaker, you will support our Arabic-speaking clients and ensure efficient IT operations within the company. This is a 12-month contract position with potential for renewal based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond promptly to technical queries from users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues remotely and on-site, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Manage and maintain IT hardware, software, and equipment inventory.
• Collaborate with the IT team to support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications.
• Assist in setting up user accounts, managing permissions, and troubleshooting access issues.
• Conduct IT training sessions for end-users to enhance technical knowledge and support independence.
• Document technical issues and solutions to improve the knowledge base and assist other team members.
Requirements:
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols, troubleshooting, and administration.
• Knowledge of remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to provide technical support over multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
Contract Details:
• Duration: 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal.
• Location: On-site in Abu Dhabi.
• Start Date: Immediate availability preferred.
