Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Information Technology (IT) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and support services. This role will focus on managing and maintaining IT networks, systems, and devices, ensuring their optimal performance, security, and support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

:

Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support for staff. Install, configure, and update software and applications across the organization. Monitor network performance and ensure the security of the company's IT systems. Assist with the management of the company's cloud systems and backup procedures. Ensure the reliability and uptime of essential systems and services. Implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive company data. Assist in IT project management and system upgrades.

Other Responsibilities:

Web Developer

Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate web solutions with backend systems, databases, and APIs. Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO. Troubleshoot and resolve web-related technical issues. Ensure websites are secure, scalable, and comply with industry standards. Write clean, maintainable code with an emphasis on best practices. Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends. Assist in IT infrastructure setup and maintenance, including server management and deployment.

Graphic Designer

Design engaging graphics for websites, social media, apps, and other digital platforms. Collaborate with developers and IT staff to implement designs on web and mobile interfaces. Create user-friendly interfaces and graphic elements for apps and websites. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related technical issues. Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and screen sizes. Maintain design consistency across all media and platforms.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science or related field. Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO. Experience in web and app design. Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends. Troubleshoot and resolve web-related technical issues. Proven experience in IT support and network administration. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a passion for design innovation.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
