We are looking for an IT Specialist who is proficient in managing WordPress websites, implementing SEO strategies, and possessing general digital marketing knowledge. The ideal candidate will also have experience with computer software and hardware maintenance, including operating system installations, and managing internal systems such as Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management:

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot WordPress websites.

Customize themes and plugins to meet business requirements.

Ensure websites are secure, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.

• SEO and Digital Marketing:

Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.

Analyze and report on website performance and SEO metrics.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns.

• Technical Support:

Provide ad-hoc maintenance for computer hardware and software issues.

Install and configure operating systems (Windows and macOS) on computers.

Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft and Apple applications and operating systems.

• Internal Systems Management:

Support and maintain internal systems such as Zoho CRM and Microsoft Dynamics.

Provide quick support for system-related issues and ensure systems are running smoothly.

Implement updates and manage data integration and synchronization tasks.

• Documentation and Reporting:

Create and maintain documentation for website changes, SEO strategies, and internal systems.

Generate reports on website performance, SEO progress, and system health.

• Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to align IT solutions with business goals.

Provide training and support to staff on digital tools and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience with WordPress website management and customization.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in installing and configuring Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
