In close cooperation with experienced colleagues in Global IT and multidisciplinary project teams, you will build and manage a target-oriented and engaging IT solution portfolio to take our people processes to the next level. A structured approach, proactiveness, and hands-on mentality will make you a problem solver who identifies technical solutions that respond to business requirements. You will provide global system support and continuously enhance system and process capabilities. Your viewpoints as a young talent, backed up by research on the latest trends and techniques, will be integral.Principle Accountabilities
Diligent and timely updates for all IT tasks assigned/involved in.
Liaising with colleagues in terms of progressing and/or seeking assistance with workload.
Flag any issues that arise to the respective team member /leader.
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Managing workloads to meet SLAs/project deadlines.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Enrolled in a University/College Degree or Diploma Program.
Good oral and written communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fast Learner-Ability to learn and grasp knowledge relating to the job functions.
