IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks. Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for employees. Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates. Manage data backups, recovery processes, and cybersecurity measures. Assist with setting up and maintaining company email, servers, and cloud services. Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices. Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security.
Experience with Windows, macOS, and cloud-based solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
