The Influencers & Partnerships Specialist is responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify brand reach, drive engagement, and enhance brand credibility. Working closely with the Marketing team and Head of Marketing, this role ensures that influencer and partnership strategies align with the brand's values and overarching marketing goals. By identifying impactful collaborations and managing authentic campaigns, the Influencers & Partnerships Specialist plays a vital role in strengthening brand presence and fostering meaningful connections with target audiences.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand's goals , target audience and overall marketing campaigns.
• Identify, recruit, and establish relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors who resonate with the brand's values and objectives.
• Manage the outreach process, including creating compelling pitches and negotiating partnerships.
• Design and execute influencer campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with the influencers and brand ambassadors to create authentic, engaging content that reflects the brand's voice.
• Oversee influencer-generated content to ensure brand alignment and maintain quality standards.
• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table that drive awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with complementary brands for partnership opportunities, including co-branded events, campaigns, and collaborations.
• Coordinate with influencers and partners to develop content for social media channels, websites, and other marketing assets.
• Guide influencers on brand-specific content requirements, messaging, and key objectives to ensure alignment.
• Repurpose influencer and partner content across various channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Manage the budget for influencer marketing and partnerships, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and deliverables with influencers and partners to maximize ROI.
• Track and monitor expenses, adjusting strategies as needed to stay within budget.
