Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team, a leading luxury retail brand. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will work closely with influencers, celebrities, content creators, and other marketing teams to ensure the effective promotion of our luxury products and brand values. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury market and an ability to create innovative campaigns that resonate with high-end consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to promote our luxury products and enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of influencers, from micro to macro levels, ensuring partnerships align with our brand values and target audience.
• Identify and recruit new influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our luxury brand image.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling content for influencer partnerships, ensuring consistency with the brand's tone and style.
• Monitor and manage influencer campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables (posts, stories, videos, etc.) are completed on time and according to brand guidelines.
• Track and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, analyzing KPIs such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and ROI.
• Research and stay up-to-date on influencer trends and emerging platforms in the luxury retail space to keep the brand at the forefront of influencer marketing.
• Manage influencer contracts, budgets, and payment schedules while ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently and within the allocated budget.
• Organize and execute influencer events, product launches, and other special initiatives to create buzz around new collections or campaigns.
• Collaborate with the PR and social media teams to amplify influencer-generated content and ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in influencer marketing or social media marketing, ideally in the luxury retail, fashion, or beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and a keen eye for identifying influencers that align with high-end consumer values.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with influencers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and analytics tools to track performance and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and innovative ideas for influencer campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Passion for the luxury retail market and understanding of current trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with luxury influencers and celebrities.
• Knowledge of influencer management platforms (e.g., Influencity, Traackr).
• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Additional languages spoken would be a plus.
