Job Title: Influencer Manager

We are seeking a talented and creative Influencer Manager to join our team. The Influencer Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our influencer marketing strategy, identifying and building relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in our market. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the influencer landscape and effective campaign management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy and campaign.
• Identify, connect with, and build relationships with key influencers in our industry.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with influencers.
• Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and brand.
• Collaborate with influencers for content creation and scheduling.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
• Coordinate with other teams to amplify the impact of influencer collaborations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platforms, and influencer marketing tactics.
• Monitor and address issues like influencer reputation, content quality, and audience fit.
• Manage and resolve any issues that arise during campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Influencer Manager or similar role within a marketing team.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and influencer strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and partnership management skills.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools.
• Strong understanding of the influencer landscape, both macro and micro-influencers.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for the influencer industry.
• Creativity and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in PR, communications, or content creation would be a plus.
