Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Manager and Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for influencer marketing, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating influencer campaigns. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers to enhance our brand visibility and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Influencer Strategy:
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to align with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
• Identify and research potential influencers who align with the brand image and target audience.
• Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and industry leaders.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Campaign Coordination:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, including content creation, product placements, and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, and sales) to ensure seamless integration of influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.
• Content Quality Assurance:
• Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, quality standards, and messaging consistency.
• Performance Analysis:
• Track and analyze key performance metrics of influencer campaigns to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Contract and Budget Management:
• Oversee budget allocation for influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Manage contracts, payments, and deliverables to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
• Stay Informed:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) in influencer marketing, with a successful track record of managing campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to derive insights from data.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
